Returns and Warranties

Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

1. Unwanted Goods & Exchanges

If you bought something but do not feel it or would like to exchange for another product.
* You can return the product within 7 working days of purchase, collection, delivery or receipt of goods
* The item must be undamaged and unused, with the original packaging.
* It should not be missing any parts or accessories.
* You will have to incur the delivery costs
Once we have checked the product and approved your return, we will credit your account (or refund you) within 7 working days.

2. Sorry, this is not what I ordered!

If we delivered the wrong product or the product is grossly different to what was posted on our website.
* Notify us within 7 working days of purchase, collection, delivery or receipt of goods.
* The item must be undamaged and unused, with the original packaging.
* It should not be missing any parts or accessories.
* If the item was delivered to you, we will collect at no cost to you.
Once we have checked the product and approved your return, we will deliver the correct product within 7 days or refund you should the product be out of stock.

3. Product damaged or defective on delivery

If the product was delivered to you damaged, defective or missing parts. This only applies to products that were received damaged or defective and not products that become defective after delivery.
* Notify us within 7 working days of purchase, collection, delivery or receipt of goods
* If the item was delivered to you, we will collect at no cost to you.
Once we have checked your product and approved the return, we will replace the product with another one or refund you should the product no longer be available.

4. Defective Products and Warranties

Should the product become defective after delivery the manufacturer’s specific warranty will kick in.
 
A warranty is a guarantee issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.
 
We do not offer the warranty, approve or make decisions on the warranty. The warranty is controlled by the manufacturer of that product. For our customers, we provide a service where will send the product to the manufacturer on your behalf but we cannot control or be held liable for the decisions and actions of the manufacturer.

4.1 All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

4.2 All returns must be shipped at the customers’ expense.

4.3 Consumables are non-refundable.

4.4 The product must be returned to the manufacturer within their specific warranty periods.

4.5 We cannot assist with returning products to the manufacturer if they fall outside of the manufacturer’s specific warranty period.

4.6 Each manufacturer has their own warranty periods and policies for each product.
